Piloxita Home Assistant ("the assistant") is a private tool run by one household on its own computer. This policy explains what it does with Google account data. Last updated 23 September 2026.
Only the Google account of the person who signs in, and only with the permissions shown on Google's consent screen: reading and searching that person's email and Google Drive files, saving email drafts, and downloading files the person asks for.
Only to do what the signed-in person asks, for example "find last week's report" or "summarise this email". To understand and answer a request, the relevant text is processed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). Nothing is used for advertising, profiling or training.
Access tokens and any downloaded files stay on the household's own computer. Nothing is stored on a separate server, sold, or shared with anyone else.
The assistant never sends an email without the signed-in person approving that specific message.
You can revoke the assistant's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking stops all access immediately.
The assistant's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
